Tossed salad with feta cheese and dressed with a simple vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients for Tossed salad with no avacado

1 cup Lettuce
6 grams spring onion
3 grams fresh basil
5 grams red pepper
40 g Tomatoes
14 grams Mushrooms, Button, raw
20 g Feta cheese
3 grams fresh chives
2 tsp vinegar
4 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tossed salad with no avacado

  1. Chop lettuce

  2. Chop spring onion

  3. Chop fresh basil fine

  4. Chop fresh chives fine

  5. Slice red pepper

  6. Slice tomatoes or halve cherry tomatoes

  7. Slice mushrooms

  8. Cube feta cheese

  9. Toss salad together, sprinkle dressing over while tossing. Serve as side dish for dinner or with cold meats for lunch
