Recipe Ingredients for Tossed Salad with Lemon Vinegrette

2 cups lettuce, Dole Field Greens
2 tbsp mushrooms, baby bellas, quartered
2 tbsp tomatoes, cherry, halved & yellow grape, halved
2 tbsp yellow bell pepper, chunked
2 tbsp green bell pepper, chunked
2 tbsp red bell pepper, chunked
2 tbsp celery, sliced
2 tbsp Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 salt
1 pepper
