Tossed salad with garlic vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients for Tossed salad with garlic vinaigrette

4 cups red wine vinegar
2 cups onion, fine chop
16 clove garlic, minced
1 cup agave syrup
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
135 cups romaine lettuce, torn
3 cups carrot, shredded
5 cups tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tossed salad with garlic vinaigrette

  1. Whisk together vinegar, onion, garlic, agave syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper to make dressing.

  2. Toss lettuce with carrots, tomatoes and dressing and serve.
