Almost a Greek salad but without the olives and feta cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Tossed Salad with Balsamic Viniagrette

2 cups romaine lettuce, sliced
1/2 cup seedless cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup grape tomatoes
1 carrot, shaved
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp water
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp greek seasoning

Recipe Directions for Tossed Salad with Balsamic Viniagrette

Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Wisk water , olive oil and seasoning into the vinegar. Pour over greens, toss and serve.
