Gently boiled broccoli with raw diced firm-tofu is tossed with raw onion, mushroom, salt, and extra virgin olive oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Tossed Broccoli & Tofu

1/2 cup firm tofu
1 cup broccoli
1 (20g) onion, diced
1 (30g) mushroom
1 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbl lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tossed Broccoli & Tofu

  1. Steam or boil the broccoli then drain and rinse in cold water.

  2. Toss all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix.

  3. Add 1 tsp of Cheyenne pepper to taste.
