Whole wheat flour tortillas with gound beef filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Tortillas

2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb extra lean ground beef
10 ounces tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
10 tortillas
1/2 head lettuce
1 1/2 cups cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Tortillas

  1. Sautee onions and green peppers until tender.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain excess water and oil.

  3. Add tomato past and stir. Heat through.

  4. Warm tortillas.

  5. Place meat filling on tortilla shell.

  6. Add cheese, lettuce and sour cream as desired.

  7. Roll tortilla around filling and enjoy.
