2 c masa harina
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tortillas

Blend flour and salt, then add water gradually to form a soft a soft dough. Divide into small balls about 2 inches in diameter. Place a ball of dough between two sheets of waxed paper in a tortilla press and flatten to about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. Place tortilla in ungreased cast-iron skilet or cormal and cook over moderate heat about 2 minutes on each side, until slightly browned.
