Recipe Ingredients for Tortillas and beans

1 corn tortilla
1 1/2 tbsp fat free refried beans
1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp salsa

Recipe Directions for Tortillas and beans

  1. Warm tortilla for about 1 minute in a skillet over medium-high heat, turn over

  2. Spread beans and cheese on top of tortilla while 2nd side browns

  3. Top with salsa and serve
