1 Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup Fat Free Cheese
2 oz broccoli florets
1 oz mushrooms
2 oz green bell peppers
2 oz zucchini
2 tbsp fat free ricotta cheese

spread tomato sauce on tortillas, add diced vegetables and top with cheese. bake in oven at 350 degrees until veggies are tender and cheese has melted
