Tortilla Soup using a Vita-mix blender

Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla Soup

1 serving kirkland organic chicken stock
1 medium Carrots
0.25 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
0.75 oz Brown Bag White Tortilla Strips
1 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Tortilla Soup

Add 1 medium carrot, 1 medium celery stock, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1 cup of pre heated chicken stock to the blender. ( I like to add garlic and onion powder as well) Blend until smooth. Add 1 ounce of tortilla chips and 1 tenderloin chicken breast and blend lightly. Taste and add salt if necessary.
