Chicken soup with chilies and can be garnished with sour cream, tortilla chips and cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla Soup

24 oz chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp butter
29 oz chicken broth
29 oz chopped stewed tomatoes
1 cup salsa
1 tbsp ground cumin
4 oz chopped green chilies

Recipe Directions for Tortilla Soup

Cook, debone and shred chicken. Add minced garlic to margarine or butter in slow cooker and saute. Combine all ingredients except cheese, sour cream and chips. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Divide cubed cheese among 6 individual soup bowls. Ladle soup over cheese. Sprinkle with chips and top each bowl with a dollop of sour cream
