Vegetarian Slow Cooker Tortilla soup

Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla Soup

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion
4 roma tomatoes
14 1/2 oz black beans
4 cups vegetable broth
1 chipotle pepper
7 oz green chilis
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Tortilla Soup

Put oil in crock pot on high heat. Add chopped onions and tomatoes. Sautee for a few minutes. Add other ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Garnish with avocado, tortilla chips, cheese, or sour cream, as desired.
