Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla Soup made easy

3 lb Whole Chicken
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbl ground red pepper
1 jalepeno pepper
12 oz can corn
12 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz cheese
6 oz tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Tortilla Soup made easy

  1. Boiled whole chicken slow cooking it with garlic salt and ground pepper to season.

  2. Drained fats and juices to tear meat into shredded portions.

  3. Covered shredded chicken in water with pinch more garlic and red pepper, added one can of kernal corn with juice, added one can rotell diced tomatoes with peppers and let simmer to season.

  4. Served with approximately 2 oz of tortilla chips and 1 oz of cheese
