Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla Rollups - Deli Style

6 Flour Tortillas
6 oz cream cheese
24 slices turkey breast
1 cucumbers
1 canned black olives
4 tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Tortilla Rollups - Deli Style

  1. Peel & grate Cucumber & squeeze out excess moisture with cheese cloth.

  2. Finely chop black olives.

  3. Thinly slice tomatoes.

  4. Spread softened cream cheese on each tortilla, aproximately 1 oz on each.

  5. Lay a thin layer of deli meat on each tortilla approx. 4 per tortilla.

  6. Add sliced tomatoes, cucumber and black olives to each tortilla.

  7. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Cut into 1 inch slices.
