Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla pizza

1 corn tortilla
3 T pizza sauce
4 t mozzarella cheese
1 t olive oil
1/4 c chopped onions
1/4 c chopped peppers
1/4 c sliced mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Tortilla pizza

  1. Stir fry vegetables in olive oil.

  2. Cut tortilla into quarters.

  3. Bake tortilla pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 5 min.

  4. Remove from oven, spread 1/4 of pizza sauce, 1/4 of vegetables, and 1/4 of cheese on each.

  5. Bake at 350 a few minutes, until cheese is melted.
