2 tbsp pasta sauce
2 large mushrooms
1/4 white onion
1/4 green pepper
1/4 cup diced pineapple
1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Tortilla pizza

  1. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet or pizza stone and arrange all the toppings (adding any extra veggies you might have lying around).

  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F until the edges are crispy and the cheese has melted (roughly 8-12 minutes).
