My version of tortilla pie, reduced fat

Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla Pie

12 corn tortillas, 6 inch, toasted
10 ounces chicken breast
4 ounces green chilies, canned
1 1/2 cup salsa
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, Reduced Fat, Shredded
1 cup fat free plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Tortilla Pie

  1. Cook chicken and dice or shredd

  2. Preheat oven to 375

  3. In 8x12" baking dish, layer 4 tortillas, 1 cup chicken, 1/4 cup beans, 1/4 cup chilies, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/3 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup cheese, repeat for 3 layers.

  4. Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes until top is browned and bubbliing.
