Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla de patatas (modified)

440 g potatoes
60 g sunflower oil
4 eggs
50 g feta
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Tortilla de patatas (modified)

  1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put these into a frying pan together with some garlic.

  2. Add the cut onion a little bit later.

  3. When the potatoes are ready mix them with the stirred eggs and the cheese.

  4. Put the mixture in the frying pan. After a couple of minutes turn the omelet and fry for another 2 min.
