The same great taste as traditional Mexican enchiladas without the corn tortillas.

Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla-less Enchiladas

1 pound ground beef
10 oz. muenster cheese
2 tbl chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Tortilla-less Enchiladas

  1. Brown your ground sirloin and add the spices while the beef is cooking--save 1 Tbl. of chili powder for the sauce we'll make in a moment.

  2. While your beef is cooking pre-heat your oven to 350.

  3. Add 1 Tbl. to 1/4 cup of water and mix well.

  4. Spread your cooked beef in the bottom of a 9x13 oven-proof baking dish.

  5. Grate your Muenster cheese and spread evenly on top of cooked beef.

  6. Drizzle your enchilada sauce over the cheese.

  7. Bake the entire dish at 350 for 15 minutes so the cheese gets nice and melted.
