Essentially, healthy tortilla chips. Good thing to do if you've got leftover tortillas - they keep a bit longer this way.

Recipe Ingredients for Tortilla Dippers

2 Tortilla Plain Wheat Flour Tortillas
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tortilla Dippers

  1. Using a pastry brush, lightly cover the tortillas with olive oil. Cut them into wedge shapes (a pizza wheel's ideal for this) and place in a lightly oiled baking tray.

  2. Cook in the oven at 200C for no more than 5 minutes. Allow to cool and crisp up, then serve with your favourite dips (I like baba ganoush).
