2.5 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tortilla con Patata

Roast potatoes in skillet or how you like, with olive oil. Scramble eggs and then toss into sautee pan with cooked potatoes and olive oil. Cook like an omelet, yet this should look like more of an quiche without the crust. Add onions and other veggies to your liking. Taste good dipped with ketchup or hot sauce.
