Recipe Ingredients for Tortellini & Veggie Soup

1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 tbsp chopped Onions
20 oz Three Cheese Tortellini
29 oz Tomatoes Diced Fire Roasted
15 oz Light
1 cup Zucchini Squash

Recipe Directions for Tortellini & Veggie Soup

  1. pour 1 tbsp oil in soup pan and add veggies- except zucchini and cook for 1 minute

  2. add in chicken broth, water, and tomatoes and bring to a boil

  3. add zucchini and cook 3-4 minutes

  4. serve warm
