Recipe Ingredients for tortellini and spinach soup

2.5 cup Three Cheese Tortellini
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
4 clove Garlic
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
5 oz Spinach
1 Can Chick Peas
8 oz Vegetable Broth
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
5 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Savory, Ground

Recipe Directions for tortellini and spinach soup

  1. add garlic, chick peas with the can water, onion, and mushroom to pot. allow to simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

  2. add broth and water to pot bring to boil.

  3. Add tortellini to pot and cook until al dente. about 7 minutes

  4. while the pasta cooks add the seasonings.

  5. Add spinache and let it wilt but not get too soft.

  6. divide into 4 bowls. Top with cheese. enjoy
