Recipe Ingredients for Tortellini Primavera

7 oz tortellini, cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 zucchini, small
6 cherry tomatoes
1 medium green pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Tortellini Primavera

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with half of the olive oil.

  2. Meanwhile, slice zucchini, green pepper and mushroom into bite-size pieces. Cook them in the other half of oil, with minced garlic to taste.

  3. When vegetables are beginning to get tender, add pasta and halved tomatoes to the vegetable mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir fry till vegetables are done and pasta has a slight brown on it. Serve hot.
