Sodium content high because analyzer will not recognize reduced sodium ketchup or no salt added diced tomatoes. I know they exixt, but it does not. LOL

Recipe Ingredients for Tortellini Minestrone

1 1/4 lbs. Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 1/2 c. fat-free, reduced sodium beef broth
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, no salt added, undrained
2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1 c. celery, thinly sliced
1 c. ketchup
1 t. Italian seasoning
2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 c. cheese tortellini
1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced

Recipe Directions for Tortellini Minestrone

  1. In Dutch oven, cook sausage and onion over med heat until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 min. Drain. Add the next 6 ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 20-25 min or until veggies tender.

  2. Add zucchini and green pepper; cook 5-7 min or until pepper is tender. Stir in tortellini and parsley. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med; cook, uncovered, 5 min or until tortellini is tender.
