100 g tortellini
5 cherry tomatoes
30 ml olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for tortellini italiano

  1. cook the pasta according to directions(add salt or a stock cube to add flavor).

  2. add the oil to a deep pan and gently heat up to a moderate heat.

  3. add the onion and garlic to the pan.

  4. add whole or halved cherry tomatoes to the pan.

  5. add the cooked pasta to the sauce in the pan.

  6. add seasoning(salt, pepper and other spices).
