4 chinese eggplant
1 1/2 cups rice
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Tortang Talong

  1. Broil eggplant and remove skin

  2. Cook ground pork until crumbly

  3. Scramble eggs, add pork and pour on top of eggplant in pan
