Recipe Ingredients for tortang giniling

1 kg Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
5 Egg, Whole
1 Onions
2 cloves Garlic
1 pinch Salt, Table
1 pinch Pepper, Black
1 tsp Vegetable Oil, Oat

Recipe Directions for tortang giniling

  1. Ingredients (Makes 8 servings)

  2. 1 kg ground pork

  3. 5 whole eggs

  4. 1 chopped onion

  5. 2 cloves chopped garlic

  6. 1 pinch of salt

  7. 1 pinch of pepper

  8. 1 tsp vegetable oil

  9. Directions

  10. 1. - in a non-stick pan,stir fry garlic and onion

  11. 2. - add ground pork

  12. 3. - add salt and pepper to taste

  13. 4. - fry until almost done

  14. 5. - set aside (let it cool)

  15. 6. - beat eggs

  16. 7. - add the cooled fried ground pork in the beaten eggs

  17. 8. - mix well

  18. 9. - cook it just like how you would cook a pancake (approx. 2-3 minutes on each side, medium fire)

  19. 10. - serve it with hot rice and steamed vegetables
