an absolute "baon" favorite! Its a compact twist from stirfry ground pork and veggies (sans the veggies). goes well with tomato ketchup, steamed rice and grilled veggies. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Tortang Giniling

1 kg ground pork
5 whole eggs
1 chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Tortang Giniling

  1. - in a non-stick pan,stir fry garlic and onion

  2. - add ground pork

  3. - add salt and pepper to taste

  4. - fry until almost done

  5. - set aside (let it cool)

  6. - beat eggs

  7. - add the cooled fried ground pork in the beaten eggs

  8. - mix well

  9. - cook it just like how you would cook a pancake (approx. 2-3 minutes on each side, medium fire)

  10. - serve it with hot rice and steamed vegetables
