Recipe Ingredients for Torta de Spaghetti

8 oz whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 c sun dried tomatoes
3 oz Parmesan
3 oz mozzarella
4 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Torta de Spaghetti

  1. Cook spaghetti

  2. shred cheese

  3. scramble eggs and add salt and pepper

  4. mince sun dried tomatoes and mix in spaghetti

  5. add cheese to egg mix and stir well

  6. pour egg cheese mixture over pasta and mix well

  7. melt butter and oil in oven proof skillet

  8. put spagetti in skillet and cook 3 minutes

  9. put skillet in oven under broiler and cook 6 minutes (until brown)
