Recipe Ingredients for Torta de garbanzo

20.72 cups chickpeas
20 tbs sugar
1/2 tbs cinnamon
1/2 gal milk
8 eggs
1/4 cup butter
2 tbs baking powder

Recipe Directions for Torta de garbanzo

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 deg. F. (180 C.). butter an 8″ round baking dish.

  2. In food processor, puree beans, sugar, and cinnamon.

  3. Add milk and egg and process until smooth.

  4. Spoon into baking dish and dust top with additional cinnamon.
