Recipe Ingredients for Torta de café

2 cup, unsifted Sugars, Powdered
5 large Egg, Whole
100 grams Pecans
100 grams Dark 60% Cacao Chocolate
1 cup Whole Milk
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 serving Cognac
300 grams Butter
395 grams Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
9 serving (1 round tsp) Coffee, Instant, Regular, Powder

Recipe Directions for Torta de café

  1. Bata as claras em neve

  2. Junte as gemas uma a uma, acrescente aos poucos, o açúcar, as nozes, o chocolate ralado e o leite fervente

  3. Misture levemente, a farinha de trigo peneirada com o fermento

  4. Despeje em forma redonda untada e leve ao forno médio (180°C) por aproximadamente 40 minutos

  5. Depois de assado, desenformee deixe esfriar

  6. Glacê:

  7. Bata a manteiga até ficar cremosa; junte aos poucos o Leite Moça e o café diluído em 1 colher (sopa) de água quente e bata até obter um creme homogêneo

  8. Corte a massa da torta ao meio, regue com o conhaque e espalhe um pouco do glacê

  9. Com o glacê restante, cubra toda a torta
