Recipe Ingredients for TOPS Vegetable Soup

3 carrots
3 stalks celery
5 beef bouillon cubes
1 small onion
1 cup cabbage
1 large tomato
6 cups water
1 tsp butter
1 tsp chives

Recipe Directions for TOPS Vegetable Soup

  1. Chop vegetables as fine as desired and place in 4 or 6 quart saucepan.

  2. Add water, butter, chives, and bouillon cubes.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
