This is just an example of what I use on top of Dad's Pizza dough and the pizza sauce from Weight Watcher's cookbook.

Recipe Ingredients for Toppings for Homemade Pizza

2 oz turkey pepperoni
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
4 oz black olives, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Toppings for Homemade Pizza

  1. Layer Pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  2. Bake pizza about 15 minutes.

  3. Remove and add bell peppers.

  4. Bake until dough is lightly browned.
