Recipe Ingredients for Too Easy Peach Cobbler

5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches
4 tbsp Salted Butter
4 tbsp Fresh Buttery Taste Spread Soft
5 slice Bread, Wheat
8 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
1 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
0.5 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Too Easy Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice peaches. Melt butter and spread in an 8 inch square baking pan. Pour melted butter into a bowl and set aside. Pan will have enough butter left in it to grease the pan. Add peaches to pan, spreading evenly. Cut each slice of bread into 5 strips. Cover peaches completely with bread strips. Add splenda, flour, and egg to bowl of melted butter. Mix well. Pour and spread this mixture over bread, covering to edges. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
