0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 cup Beef Broth
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Tony's Smothered Steak

pan fry steaks in olive oil and season. set aside. in same pan sautee onions peppers and mushrooms, add broth and starch. mix and simmer a few minutes to desired consistancy. spoon over steaks and serve.
