Recipe Ingredients for Tony's Kick Ass Chili

2 lbs. Ground Beef, Lean
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 lg. onions
28 oz. kidney beans, dark red
28 oz. diced tomatoes
1 oz. jalapeno peppers
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Tony's Kick Ass Chili

  1. brown ground beef ,salt and pepper to taste

  2. sautee pepper and onion, salt and pepper to taste

  3. add beef

  4. add tomatoes and jalapeno peppers, salt and pepper to taste

  5. simmer for a couple of hours

  6. drain and rinse kidney beans, salt and pepper to taste

  7. let smmer for a couple of hours
