Recipe Ingredients for Tony's Carrot Zucchini Muffins with added protein

3/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup soya flour
30 grams herbalife Formula 3 Personal protein powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup peacans chopped
1 1/2 cup grated carrots
1 1/2 cup grated zucchini
800 ml unsweatned apple sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Tony's Carrot Zucchini Muffins with added protein

Blend all dry ingredients together including fruit. Beat wet ingredients and add to dry. Do not over mix. These muffins don't come up a lot but they taste great.
