Recipe Ingredients for Tony Horton Get up and Go granola

3 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1 3/20 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 oz Flaxseed Meal
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp, ground Cardamom
3 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Tony Horton Get up and Go granola

  1. Combine Oats, flour, nuts, flax, salt, cinnamon and cardamon.

  2. Combine oil, agave, vanilla extract

  3. Pour mixture over oats and combine

  4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
