Traditional Alfredo was originally just butter and cheese tossed with some pasta. Not the creamy rich sauce it is now. I've taken it and toned it down just a bit.

Recipe Ingredients for Toned Down Traditional Alfredo

2 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
2 clove Garlic
2 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
1 cup Spaghetti
0.5 tsp Seasoned Salt

Recipe Directions for Toned Down Traditional Alfredo

While Pasta is cooking away, melt down butter in a soft saucepan, add garlic, then toss with pasta and 2 tablespoons of pasta water. Crumble the goat cheese and add it in, make sure the pasta is still hot so the cheese melts and makes it somewhat creamy.
