1.5 scoops Freak Fix Muscle Whey
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving tout naturel peanut butter crunchy organic (1tbsp=90cal)
1 tbsp Raw Wheat Germ
3 oz Pure Almond Vanilla

  1. High Protein˙Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Shake

  2. 1 Banana

  3. 2 Tbls˙Natural Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)

  4. 2 Tbls˙Wheat Germ

  5. 6 Oz Almond or Soy Milk

  6. 3 Scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate or˙Peanut Butter Chocolate)

  7. Ice

  8. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached.
