1/2 cup Organics Applesauce
0.5 medium banana Bananas
0.15 cup Original
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup Natrel Ultra'milk Skim
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 packet Instant Oatmeal Original
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for tone it up morning muffins 2

  1. 1/2 cup frozen raspberries(thawed)

  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  3. 1/2 banana

  4. 1 egg white

  5. 1 tbs. olive oil

  6. 1/2 cup skim milk

  7. 1.5 cups whole wheat flour

  8. 1/2 cup oats

  9. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  10. 1 tsp. baking soda

  11. MIx all ingredients

  12. Put in oven heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  13. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown

  14. Makes 12 muffins
