1 1/2 cup Egg, White
1/8 tsp salt
3/5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 oz Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 serving usana nutrimeal 2scoops
1 serving usana nutrimeal 2scoops
1/2 serving usana nutrimeal 2scoops

  1. RECIPE: Tone It Up Low Carb, Low sugar Organic Blueberry Muffins!These are what we like to call our 'muffin top free muffins'--enjoy them without the guilt! ˙Some may say there is something missing... YES! ˙It's the butter and oil!! If you want, you can add 1/4 cup natural sauce to make them a little more moist. ˙We also like to eat these with a little unsweetened almond milk on the side!

  2. 2.5 cups vanilla protein powder (organic rice protein or whey!)

  3. 1.5 cups egg whites

  4. 3 tbs crushed walnuts

  5. 2 tbs ground flaxseed

  6. 3 tbs unsweetened almond milk

  7. 2 tbs water

  8. 1 mashed banana

  9. 1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce (organic)

  10. 2 tbs coconut oil

  11. 1.5 tbs cinnamon

  12. 3 tsp baking powder

  13. 1/8 tsp sea salt

  14. Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl.Mix well.Stir 1/2 cup blueberries into mixture.bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until middle is cooked- tooth pick clean.Top with powdered stevia!
