Recipe Ingredients for tone it up gingerbread cookies

3/4 cup Organics Applesauce
4 oz SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
2 oz Egg Whites
1 oz Dark Molasses
1 1/2 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Allspice, Ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for tone it up gingerbread cookies

  1. 1/4 cup butter

  2. 3/4 cup organic brown sugar

  3. 1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened

  4. 2 egg whites

  5. 1/3 cup dark molasses

  6. 1 & 1/2 cup all purpose whole wheat flour

  7. 1 & 1/2 cup organic rice protein powder

  8. 1 tsp baking soda

  9. 3 tsp ginger

  10. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  11. 1/2 tsp allspice

  12. 1/4 tsp cloves

  13. combine all in large bowl

  14. let chil in fridge for 2 hours.

  15. preheat oven 350 deg. toll out dough.. cut into shapes... place on non-stick baking sheet and cook for 10-12 min.

  16. sprinkle stevia powder on top!
