Recipe Ingredients for Tom's Tacos

1.04 kg lean ground beef
12 taco shells
35 grams taco seasoning
1/2 cup shallots
1/4 medium green pepper
1/2 medium red pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
3 cups shredded romaine
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tom's Tacos

  1. brown ground beef in pan

  2. then drain ground beef

  3. add shallots,peppers,and taco seasoning

  4. cook until veggies are to desired consistency

  5. divide into servings

  6. add beef/veggies to taco shell and top with cheddar cheese and romaine lettuce
