2 c Chicken
1/2 c celery
3/5 c Mayo
1/2 Bell pepper
1 1/2 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Tom's Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Chop chicken into small cubes.

  2. Chop celery into fine pieces

  3. Chop bell pepper into find pieces.

  4. Mix in a bowl with Mayo and curry powder

  5. Serve over a bed of lettuce and cubed tomatoes.
