Recipe Ingredients for Tomatoes with sunflower oil salad

1 lbs tomatoes
1 tbs onion
2 tbs sunflower oil
1 tbs Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
4 oz grilled chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Tomatoes with sunflower oil salad

  1. Dice the tomatoes and the onion ( the onion gives flavor) add the sunflower oil and salt to taste

  2. Grill the chicken breast and serve it either on top of the salad or as a side.

  3. If you are a vegetarian or just don't want meat, substitute the chicken with a wheat roll. It won't have the same nutrients but it will keep you full longer.

  4. Without the meat or the bread chances are you will get hungry in the next 3 hours.
