I normally use Ronzoni pasta portions because it is easier for me to keep track of the portion. I always share it with my husband so I get half the calories from the pasta. I make this when I'm craving carbs.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomatoes and pasta salad

85 g Pasta Rotini
6 oz Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
7 oz Artichokes
2 tbs Onions
2 tbs Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
3 medium Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbs Vegetable Oil, Sunflower, Oleic (70% And Over)
1 tbs Vinegar, Cider

Recipe Directions for Tomatoes and pasta salad

  1. Boil the pasta and strain it

  2. Use a large bowl

  3. Add all the ingredients to the pasta and mix

  4. At the end add the oil and the vinegar.

  5. Sometimes I skip them both, depends how you feel.it tastes great no matter what.
