Reena's homemade Tomatoes, Noodles and Cheese recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Tomatoes, Noodles and Cheese

1 Egg
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbls skim milk
3/4 cup flour
28 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
4 oz velveeta cheese

Recipe Directions for Tomatoes, Noodles and Cheese

  1. in a cup (or whatever), I beat one egg with salt (maybe 1/4 tsp??) and some milk (2 tbls??), then add flour (guessing maybe start at 1/3 cup??). Stir as minimally as possible or may become tough. Add flour as necessary until dough is thick and doesn't look too wet. Drop 1/2 inch sections into boiling salted water. I use a butter knife to scrape dough off of fork into water.

  2. so for noodles tomatoes and cheese, warm up can of diced tomatoes.

  3. make the noodles, add noodles to tomatoes until warm again. Then poor in bowls over diced velveeta.

  4. boil until all rise to top (couple of minutes) rinse in cold water, drain and then add during last 5 minutes to something boiling.
