Recipe Ingredients for Tomatoes Gratain

3 T olive oil
1 T garlic
2 pounds plum tomatoes
1/2 c basil
2 cups bread
2 t salt
1 t pepper
1 c parmesean cheese
2 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tomatoes Gratain

  1. Dice bread and saute in Olive oil until brown

  2. remove from pan

  3. dice tomatoes and basil

  4. sautee veggies and add diced garlic

  5. stir in bread

  6. add salt and pepper

  7. pour in shallow pan

  8. cover with olive oil and parmesean cheese grated

  9. bake
